Hi, I'm Yohenis Carrillo.
I created Bilingual Blessing because I wanted Bible stories that worked in English and Spanish — really worked. Not Spanish added at the end. Not old-looking illustrations. Not a book that felt like schoolwork.
I wanted something a child could love first… and learn from naturally. A book where faith, family, English, and Spanish could live together on the same page.
So I made the first one.
David Learns About Courage is the beginning of a growing bilingual library for families who want their children to carry both languages, and their faith, with joy.

Creé Bilingual Blessing porque quería historias bíblicas que funcionaran en inglés y español — de verdad. No con el español agregado al final. No con ilustraciones anticuadas. No como un libro que se sintiera como tarea.
Quería algo que un niño pudiera amar primero… y aprender naturalmente después. Un libro donde la fe, la familia, el inglés y el español pudieran vivir juntos en la misma página.
Así nació el primero.
